While not in Sorrento centre it was very accessible through a short walk or the regular shuttle bus service. Comfortable room. Spotless. Friendly and very helpful staff. Great breakfast every morning.
Servicing the room was not great. I had to ask for toilet paper twice! Please don't leave guests short of a basic necessity. Any drink at the bar could not be paid for at the time of purchase. It could only be added to your bill, to be paid as you check out. Never saw this before.

Comfortable enough stay
The hotel is 20 minute walk outside Sorrento but the road is too dangerous to walk. There is a shuttle bus though it first t operate past 11.00 pm and a taxi fare is 30 euro. There is good pool area and roof top bar but it is very quietindeed
There was a smell in our bathroom we reported twice but it wasn't really sorted or acknowledged on our departure.
