Wow. Stunning property, incredible views and so comfortable for 14 of us

Wow - what a location. Views are to die for and so easy to get to the beach and into the village. Really spacious and perfectly equipped for a big group.

A perfect family property in a stunning location.

Ideal location overlooking the sea in Polzeath with fantastic access to the beach. The house was perfect for our family of 12 people….6 adults and 6 children, so comfortable and it even included 4 parking spaces. The fixtures and fittings were of great quality and the kitchen very well equipped. Visiting in Winter, the heating was efficient and responsive. The children really enjoyed exploring all the games provided. The kitchen family room with its amazing views was a brilliant place to congregate so we could enjoy spending time together.

    Enjoyed everything.
