    The staff were very helpful, the apartment was very clean and spacious, very quiet and safe. The receptionist paul is such a helpful guy.

    The staff were very helpful and accommodating

    The Pillows were too soft,maybe add a third pillow to the room and small carpets/mats by the side of the bed.

    The Braai area was good. Place was clean and spacious.

    When we checked in we were told that we only required one apartment and not two as it was booked by booking.com. we were told that we would be refunded for the room we did not use. When we checked out we were told that it is just the way booking.com does it and there is no refund. So they had the option to rent out the other room that we booked and paid for. The breakfast was a disaster, multiple issues. There was a function the one night which was very noisy and went on until late at night. The place is just not managed well.
