  The staff were amazing and the food is very good.

  The doctor in the Hotel is a rip off as and very rude

  Velmi dobrý hotel, mohu jen doporučit.

  Skvělá lokalita, přímo u moře. Velmi dobrá kuchyně. Dobrý wi-fi signál všude v hotelu.

  Jako obvykle si lidé brzy ráno chodí dávat své ručníky na lehátka, takže v 8h už si není kam lehnout. Hotel s tím nic nedělá, což považuji za chybu. Minibar/lednička na pokoji skoro nechladila.

  Sun-lounger reservation hell, but at least the food was decent

  The food was really amazing, especially the buffet. Very easy also to feed our toddler. The kiddies splash pool was really cute. Staff in general were amazing and attentive (at the restaurants, not so much the reception)

  The sun-lounger situation was a nightmare!! Staff do nothing about the people reserving the sun beds. By 9am they were all gone. Thank goodness the splash pool didn’t have the same problem but basically we were never able to sit at a different pool because there was never space… and some people who would reserve only showed up hours later. It makes for a very stressful holiday. I’ll never come back just because of this. There was this horrible red light above our bed that came on every time one of us moved. We had awful sleep the first night and they told us that there was nothing they could do about it. They told us the electricity would stop working if it was covered… long story short we covered it ourselves with a sock and hair tie, no surprise but we still had electricity after. Really don’t understand the staffs refusal to help us have better sleep. We were not the only ones who had this problem. In general facilities we ok, no trees or natural shade anywhere near the pools so main areas were very hot and bright. Inside of hotel was nice except the dusty fake palms everywhere and the neglected pond in the main building. If it weren’t for the amazing food I’m not sure we would have loved to be there for a whole week.
