Vacanza meravigliosa
Prima di tutto, la gentilezza dello staff, a partire dalla relation manager Kalliroy; il mare davanti alla struttura, bellissimo; le piscine per ogni età, anche con gli scivoli d'acqua; la sorpresa per il mio compleanno... Insomma tutto benissimo!

Not a 5 star hotel.
The staff were friendly. The outdoor areas of the hotel were nice. The live music in the evening created a great atmosphere.
This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. In reality, it is more like a 3- or 4-star. In addition, the quality of the food and drinks was not good also it was not possible to get a proper coffee at the hotel. The outdoor “playground” was essentially an abandoned, uncleaned area with just one swing. The indoor play area was closed, and according to the reception staff, it could not be used. We wanted to check out later, but the receptionist did not allow it, so we had no choice but to put our child to sleep in the lobby. Later, I saw that the general manager had written a day earlier that they offer us a late check and that we only needed to let the reception know. There are also two restaurants at the hotel, but the reception staff did not inform us that reservations need to be made several days (3–4) in advance; otherwise, there would be no availability.

Overall a lovely holiday, definitely worth visiting.
The food was delicious and varied, every evening there was a new theme. The staff was very friendly and patient, always tried to resolve any problems, special thanks to the people working at the reception for all the assistance. The beach was good, there is a portion which is not rocky, the water was clear and pleasant. Throughout the day and at evening there are different activities, for kids and for adults. Before our leave we received a nice gift, a little boat to remember our holiday, which I consider a nice gesture.
The door to our room had some problems and it was difficult to open and close it. When we arrived, it seemed that the toilet was slightly dirty. Also during the daily room cleaning it seemed that the floor was not cleaned ( swept or mopped ) during our stay.
