Despite the airport shuttle being advertised as free, and the information sheet left in our room clearly stating the same, when we tried to arrange the service, we were told that it was not free and that the document actually said “with fee.” We are perfectly capable of understanding what we read. If the service is not complimentary, it should never have been advertised as “free” in the first place. This was both misleading and disappointing.

Everything was perfect - this has to be one of the nicest hotels in the entire country! -Soundproofing in the rooms is extraordinary, you cannot hear anything from the other guests, and this is very important to us. -The rooms are very spacious, you get a free minibar (Pepsi, beer and water), plus Nespresso coffee. -The bathrooms are huge, especially the shower. -Housekeeping is very thorough, changing the towels every day, etc. -Breakfast is fantastic, you have things such as scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, sausages, many types of cheese, deli meats and pastries. There's even sparkling wine :) -The hotel also has its own underground parking, although there are only around 10 spaces and it costs 75 RON/day. Overall, a perfect experience. It's our fourth time at this hotel, and we'll definitely be returning every single time we're in Timisoara.
