Comfortable stay , mostly quiet but some guests didn’t restrain their children screaming and ran up and down corridor
Good location ( near Westlake , shopping district and women’s shopping street) , good cleanliness , all towels and are changed everyday and come in sealed packages 👍.
Single bed was hard and uncomfortable. Had to request for additional bedding which staff readily provided.

This is the worse Atour that I have ever stayed
The property entrance all the way to the room is really weird
The entrance has a weird smell unlike any Atour hotel that I have ever stayed. Besides the room smells too as if it is a smoking room. Toilet were not clean and we found bunch of hair. The toilet light did not work from the entrance switch but only from the switch next to bed. Our housekeeping lady throw away our food that we kept in the room. The facilities were really poor and last but not least we check in during 8pm and the front desk ladies were very unfriendly unlike any Atour service.
