    위치와 청결도는 만족스러웠지만, 객실 크기와 방음이 아쉬웠던 호텔

    호텔의 위치가 좋아 주변 이동이 편리했으며, 직원들도 전반적으로 친절하게 응대해 주었습니다. 시설은 깨끗하고 관리 상태가 양호했으며, 객실 청소도 꼼꼼하게 이루어져 위생적인 측면에서 만족스러웠습니다. 전반적으로 위치와 청결도, 직원들의 서비스는 좋은 인상을 주었습니다.

    직원들의 응대는 친절했지만, 대부분 중국어로만 의사소통이 가능하여 외국인 투숙객 입장에서는 다소 불편함이 있었습니다. 호텔 특성상 기본적인 영어 소통이 가능했다면 더욱 만족스러웠을 것 같습니다. 또한 객실이 예상보다 상당히 작아 짐을 정리하거나 실내에서 이동할 때 불편함이 있었습니다. 특히 방음이 부족하여 복도와 외부에서 발생하는 소리가 객실 내부까지 그대로 들리는 점이 가장 아쉬웠습니다. 이로 인해 조용하고 편안하게 휴식을 취하기에는 다소 어려움이 있었습니다. 시설과 청결 상태는 만족스러웠지만, 객실 공간과 방음 시설, 외국인 고객을 위한 의사소통 서비스는 개선이 필요하다고 생각합니다.

    Incredibly relaxing and the hotel is really accommodating.

    The hotel was super comfortable, clean, and the neighborhood is really chill either way lots of restaurants, coffe shops, bars and malls around and 2 subway lines at walking distance!

    Everything was amazing.
