My stay wasn't good at all
Eventhough it says the hotel is at the airport, it's 15 minutes away, so location is not as convenient as I expected. The free shuttle offered by the hotel only leaves once in every full hour, so I had to take a Didi. The receptionist spoke no English at all and was of no help. I tried to use a translator to explain that she sent me to Room 123 and there was no Room 123 at the hotel, only 8123 (it took me 15 minutes going up and down with luggage until I tried to open Room 8123 with my key). She didn't care. There's no breakfast served at the hotel, you have to eat at the airport.

Fuss-free, comfortable and relaxing.
Our flight landed at 1am, we took a room with 2 separate large beds so we could each knock out peacefully. Room was surprisingly spacious. Very clean. Shower pressure was good. Make yourself a cup of tea in the morning - their black tea is delicious. Very cute tea set design too. The late checkout was great. Hailing a Didi was no problem at all to get to our real hotel an hour away. Our room came with breakfast but we decided to prioritise sleep. Besides, there were convenient stores and other eateries just a short walk away, all within the same compound. Not a problem for us.
No complaints. The hotel is near the airport after all so expect aircraft noises. There were people marching in the morning too but that didn't go on for long. Don't lose your room card - there will be an RMB 10 penalty. The entire front office staff was kind enough to check the room before I left, after I had left, just to make sure the card could be found - alas, I had it in my coat pocket that I'd stuffed into my luggage and failed to check. The matter was settled swiftly via WeChat Pay.

Хотелось бы обратить внимание на несоответствие заявленного сервиса фактическому. Мы заранее уточнили все детали, но трансфер из аэропорта, который входил в стоимость, так и не прибыл. Ответы сотрудника были долгими и неинформативными, а затем общение и вовсе прекратилось. К сожалению, ситуация усугубилась на стойке регистрации: сотрудница ресепшена плохо владеет английским, её очень сложно понять, и обслуживает гостей она очень долго. Дополнительно хочу отметить, что адрес отеля указан исключительно на английском языке, что усложняет навигацию
