    When we arrived, the hotel had lost our booking and spent about an hour trying to find us a room. When they found one it did not meet our original criteria and we had to book another hotel at the last minute. Quite a nightmare. However this was during an exceptionally busy time for the hotel so I imagine that in another period you will probably be safe from this.

    Great hotel in a residential district of Shanghai

    Great location. Friendly and very helpful staff. Clean and well maintained.

    Small rooms. No halal food options.
