    Great central location in Chengdu, very clean non-smoking room, and kind staff.

    The location is excellent—right in the center of Chengdu, making it very convenient to get around and explore the city. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and completely non-smoking, which I really appreciated. The staff were also very kind and helpful throughout my stay.

    One small suggestion: it would be helpful if the hotel could share the Amap location link via the booking chat prior to check-in. There are several Atour hotels in the area, and we initially went to the wrong one.

    When I checked-in, the employee strongly encouraged me to cancel the Booking.com reservation and rebook through their VIP program; however, after the switch was completed, I found out the VIP program is more expensive than the Booking.com rate. This is annoying.
