  ATRACTIVO PISO CALUROSO CON CUCARACHAS Y CON NEFASTA DISTRIBUCION .DEBERIAN SACARLO DE BOOKING

  MUCHO CALOR, SIN AIRE ACONDICIONADO.HORRIBLE. CAMA AL LADO DE UNA COCINA SIN PAREDES ! CUCARACHAS POR EL SUELO, QUE TUVIMOS QUE MATAR . LO SORPRENDENTE ES QUE EL ASCENSOR HABIA AVISOS DE LA EXISTENCIA DE PLAGAS , LO CUAL ME DISGUSTA Y ME CABREA PORQUE SABIENDO QUE HABIA BICHOS, DECIDEN IGUALMENTE ALQUILAR UNA PISO QUE NO REUNE CONDICIONES SANITARIAS PARA HACERLO .TENDRE QUE DENUNCIARLO AL AYUNTAMIENTO DE SANTANDER PARA QUE LE ANULEN LA LICENCIA . DEBERIAN EXTORNARME EL GASTO DE ESTA ESTANCIA PUES ES DE SINVERGUENZAS ALQUILAR UN PISO ASI .ES UNA ESTAFA .!!!

  Cockroaches

  The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated and well lit. The check in with Jilly was smooth. BUT:

  When we arrived at the building we immediately noticed multiple cockroaches, both dead and alive, at the entrance, on the floor and on the doormat. We informed the host about the cockroaches and he told us he had had the apartment professionally cleaned before we arrived and that he did not receive any complaints during the month of August. As we walked into the kitchen we immediately noticed some small cockroaches walking on the floor and hiding behind the dishwasher. I informed both the host and booking.com and neither of them was helpful. They kept insisting I should send a video of a live cockroach before I could leave the apartment and request a reimbursement. I consider this to be unacceptable behavior on several grounds: 1) it is common knowledge that if an apartment has cockroaches infestation, even after professional pest control it usually takes 1 or 2 weeks for all the insects to die. In that period you should not rent out the apartment to tourist, or at the very least you should inform them of the risk. Neither was the case. 2) I was genuinely scared of the insects and the possibility of them to get into my personal belongings and luggages as I had experienced an infestation before. Despite this, I had to ask and pray the host and booking.com multiple times before I was finally allowed, at 9pm, to leave the apartment and receive a reimbursement. All in all, I would not recommend staying at this property until the infestation has been fully resolved.
