    Appallingly bad communication on arrival. Otherwise fine.

    Good location, comfortable flat

    Arriving at the flat was one of the most horrible experiences of my life. I couldn't get in to the flat because I was given the wrong code. I was unable to respond to the emails I received through booking.com. Responding to it as an email did not work, and the booking.com app did not have this booking on it. I had no idea how I was going to find my family somewhere to stay - including my two young children. Horrible and terrifying. Eventually I shouted into the intercom of the building for long enough that someone replied to me, and gave me the correct code. Incredibly careless and cruel to provide the wrong code. I sent a message through the ATR website, but received no reply for the whole stay. When I received the email about checking out, the code was wrong again. So clearly this careless organization is about to give future holiday-makers the same terrible experience I had. Once I had the keys in my hand, the rest of the stay was fine.

    Perfect last night in Rome

    Great location to explore Rome - good shopping nearby. Location was quiet. Great cafes and restaurants and super comms from the hosts re messages and questions we had etc.
