    Hotel was okay, but very disappointing service towards hotel guest. All in all, disrespectful

    Location was good, Atria is quite a well known hotel in Indonesia. Breakfast was standard, nothing special

    Several things: 1. While asking for Extra Bed on Whatsapp, hotel staff already sent me the QRIS which is very unnecessary and not the right way to treat a hotel guest. Payment should only be done at the hotel 2. After arriving at the hotel and paying for the extra bed, it takes the hotel staff 1 hour for them to get us the extra bed. Even when we ask the receptionist, they smh asked as whether we should contact the staff ourselves or should they do it. It’s such a stupid way to solve things, when we ask the receptionist they should organize it for us and not asking us to do the things ourselves. Instead they’re prefer to just talk to each other and don’t give a care about the hotel guest. As we prepare some space for the extra bed, we found out that the floor under the bed is very very dusty and we know exactly that it was never cleaned properly so very disappointing. 3. As we asked for an extra towel to wipe the floor (Keset) they ask us for an extra charge for it. We asked it not for ourselves or for us to bring it home even, it’s for their good so it would be easier for them during the clean up which they cannot even do properly.. I don’t understand the hotel rules and in my whole life this is the first time that a hotel ask for an extra charge for a freaking towel.. poor management
