    Flexihome not flexible

    It was ideal and close to the area for my training.

    After staying for over 20 days, I requested a late check out around 5 pm instead of 12pm as my flight was at 11pm. They flatly refused and insisted I leave at 12 pm not even a gesture of saying leave at 3pm. I will not return.

    Complaint Details This was the worst stay experience I have ever had. The entire process was filled with confusion and miscommunication, which seriously affected my travel plans and overall accommodation experience. 1. About one hour before my scheduled check-in, a staff member suddenly informed me that there was a gas leak in the air-conditioning system of my room and that I would not be able to check in. I was asked to apply for a refund. However, the refund process would take 2–3 working days to complete, leaving me without accommodation arrangements on the day of check-in. 2. Shortly afterward, another staff member contacted me and stated that I could actually check in because the air-conditioning issue had already been repaired. According to this staff member, the person who had previously informed me about the refund was unaware that the repair had been completed. This clearly demonstrates a lack of basic communication among staff, resulting in guests receiving contradictory information. 3. Regarding parking arrangements, the staff did not clearly inform me in advance about the parking restrictions. Only after checking in did I learn that the shopping mall parking lot could not be accessed after 10:00 PM. Guests were instead required to park on the roadside or use the valet service downstairs, although the vehicle would in fact still be parked on the roadside. Furthermore, the staff stated that they would not be responsible for any collisions, damage, or theft occurring while the vehicle was parked. This arrangement is not only unreasonable but also leaves guests feeling that their vehicles are not adequately protected. 4. Throughout the entire process, there was an obvious lack of communication and coordination among the staff. Problems were only addressed after they arose, and no clear or effective solutions were ultimately provided, forcing guests to bear the inconvenience and risks themselves.
