    Great location but check-in was horrible. Arrive on site. Walked up to rooftop(in the dark, I later learn about the hallway light switch that turns on for a few mins). Entering the building and getting the apt key was easy. Using the key was horrible(the key needed to be extended by pushing a button to unlock the apartment door). Spend 25ish mins(I havnt check my phone bill but its probably going to be $10-$15 USD) with their support, lots of back and forth pics, videos before we figured it out. Wifi did not work so I had to go down the fight of stairs to use a coffee wifi a few blocks down. Rebooted router as requested but same issue. Cleaner lady was there at 4PM(Check-In time) and she said "no" and close the door so I was confused if I had the correct location or not so more time spent with their customer service and learned it was just the cleaning lady and then she let me in so I dropped off my stuff and left. A day later; they asked if the wifi was working which i said it didnt. Its noisy in the neighborhood so probably not for the light sleepers. Great location if you dont mind walking up a flight of stairs and drinking in the neighborhood.
