La zona céntrica y el ático con aire acondicionado
Todo perfecto, pero creo que ya que reservas el ático, debería tener un parking reservado para el ático, con un coste adicional claro, pero reservado para el ático. Por lo demás todo genial.

LA TERRAZA DEL APARTAMENTO. FANTÁSTICA
LAS ESCALERAS. LO ÚNICO QUE LE FALTABA AL APARTAMENTO PARA SER PERFECTO HUBIERA SIDO UN ASCENSOR!!.. SUBIR ESOS TRAMOS DE ESCALERAS CON LAS MALETAS Y SU PESO NO ES FÁCIL... PERO POR LO DEMÁS ES EL APARTAMENTO PERFECTO!!!

séjour en famille mémorable à puerto de la cruz
la situation de l'appartement au bord de l'eau et proche du centre ville. Les restaurants sont proches et celui situé juste en bas est vraiment rès bon!
La clim situé sur le lit et qui fait trop de bruit la nuit. Le bruit de travaux dans la rue dés 7:00 du matin mais pour cela vous n'y pouvez rien...

Great outside space
Great central location. 2 spacious double bedrooms. Nice clean apartment. Great, large outdoor space with dining area and a view of the sea. Really nice powerful shower. Small kitchen area was perfect for making breakfast etc. Washing machine and clothes drying rack were a real bonus for us, means we can fly with hand luggage only.
The sink in the kitchen drains very, very slowly. I would have fixed it if I'd brought my tools. Other than this small issue the apartment was great.

Gut gelegene Wohnung mit Terrasse
Das Apartment liegt in einer Seitenstraße gegenüber den Meerwasser Schwimmbecken. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das große Plus der Wohnung ist die Terrasse mit Essplatz, Liegen und gemütlicher Sitzecke mit Sofa und bequemen Sesseln.
Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Türcode, der nicht funktionierte. Telefonisch war niemand zu erreichen. Wir mussten ins Office laufen, um die Probleme zu klären. Auch dort hat man uns nicht gleich geholfen und einen Zahlendreher im Türcode notiert. Danach wieder niemand zu erreichen.
