    Die Wohnung war sauber. Die Betten waren bequem, das Schlafzimmer schön, aber es gab keine Tür, nur einen Vorhang. Der Balkon ist geräumig und es gab Liegestühle. Die Plastikstühle auf den Fotos waren allerdings nicht mehr da, dafür ein kleiner Holztisch mit Holzstühlen, die leider nicht sehr bequem sind. Die Küche und ihre Ausstattung sind zweckmäßig und in gutem Zustand. Die Dusche hat leider sehr wenig Wasserdruck und ist nicht mehr ganz dicht. Die Lage ist nicht sehr zentral, aber es gibt direkt gegenüber einen Sparmarkt und ein paar Straßen weiter eine gute Bäckerei. Busstationen für Ausflüge sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Übergabe war unkompliziert und auf Nachrichten und ein Problem mit der Wasserversorgung durch Straßenbauarbeiten wurde schnell reagiert.

    Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche und der nicht immer funktionierende Aufzug.

    Vivienda muy limpia , anfitrión atento , toda comodidad en todos los aspectos y repetimos sin dudarlo . Hemos estado muy a gusto. Calle tranquila y sin ruido .

    Nice one bedroom apartment in a residential area of las Palmas. Spa shop on the corner of the road. A few bars and restaurants nearby. Only a few minutes walk to Caravanas playa.
