  Very convenient to the train station and the tram, which takes you everywhere

  Very spacious we were three couples. We each had our own bedroom and they were two bathrooms two outdoor sitting areas. Location was very close to public transportation, and the host. Giovanni was great.

  Worth the 2 days of resting before going home

  Host met us upon check in and help with luggages. You don't see that happening in Italy too often. He let us check in early too which also rare. So, the host was excellent. The apartment was very nice and clean. More more than adequate for the 6 of us.

  Nothing major. maybe needs a softer pillow. We appreciate that the building has an elevator since the room is on the 5th floor. It will fit one person with big luggage. It is not a complaint, just pointing out a common issue in Italy.

  Séjour très agréable avec des amis

  Appartement très spacieux, très propre, localisation plutôt sympa avec la gare juste à côté tout en étant à distance raisonnable des lieux touristiques.

  Il faut simplement noter que l'appartement est assez bruyant étant situé à proximité d'une gare, pas un problème pour nous, ca ne nous a pas particulièrement gêné, mais à savoir.

  Die Wohnung ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut angebunden. Giovanni ist ein super Gastgeber! Die Wohnung ist ebenso in einem hervorragenden Zustand, alles hat funktioniert, alles ist in sehr gutem Zustand. Mir persönlich hat die Matratze nicht besonders gefallen (ich bin etwas versunken darin), aber das ist Geschmacksache und ich will mich nicht darüber beklagen (sauber war definitiv alles). Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Terrasse, wo man abends noch schön beisammen sitzen kann. Auch gibt es eine anständige Mülltrennung. Die zwei Bäder waren hervorragend ausgestattet und hatten sogar Grohe Armaturen. Alles hat funktioniert, wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

  Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: das Apartment liegt in der Nähe eines Krankenhauses und gefühlt den ganzen Tag (und in der Nacht) fährt auf der Straße vor dem Haus der Rettungswagen mit heulender Sirene hin und her. Naja, aber man geht ja auch nicht nach Rom, um Ruhe zu suchen. Die Fenster sind einigermaßen schalldicht, es war also alles ok.
