    Extraordinario!

    Modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtete, geräumige Dachgeschosswohnung mit sehr schöner und großer Dachterrasse, die mit einer Markise versehen ist. Zusätzlich gibt es einen weiteren Balkon mit Markise mit Zugang sowohl vom Wohn- als auch vom Schlafraum. Das Bett ist groß genug und bequem. Im Bad gibt es eine moderne Dusche und eine Waschmaschine. In der Küche sind alle nützlichen Küchenutensilien samt einer Spülmaschine vorhanden. Der Vermieter hat sogar Kaffeemehl bereit gestellt. Die Vermieter Mariella und Agostino sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Sie stellen einen Tiefgaragenparkplatz in der Wohnanlage, in der sich das Appartement befindet, kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Direkt vor der Wohnanlage befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle mit guter Anbindung an die Metro-Station 'Cornelia' Richtung Innenstadt. Unweit davon gibt es eine weitere Bushaltestelle. Man kommt kostengünstig und schneller als mit dem Auto mit dem ÖPNV ins "centro". In der Nähe gute Einkaufsmöglich keiten fußläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

    Nichts, außer, dass es etwas beschwerlich war, das Gepäck ohne Aufzug in den vierten Stock zu tragen. Allerdings hat Agostino uns dabei sehr geholfen. Insofern haben wir einen Aufzug nicht wirklich gebraucht.
