Die Lage auf dem Dach im sechsten Stock mit der riesigen Terrasse ist phänomenal. Sehr zentral gelegen, eine super Aussicht, viel Platz in der grossen Wohnung.
Die Kommunikation war etwas mühsam. Es kamen oft nur vorgefertigte Standard-Nachrichten zurück, statt auf unsere Fragen einzugehen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist etwas verwahrlost: die Store auf der Terrasse ist total kapputt, es war kein Sonnenschirm vorhanden, extrem schmutziger Tisch auf der Terrasse, elektrische Steckdosen hängen aus der Wand, kaum Wasserdruck im Bad, gebrochene Klo-Brille im zweiten Bad, das Geschirr/Besteck war zum Teil schmutzig, einige "Basics" in der Küche fehlten, wie z.B. zu wenig Gläser, keine Lappen oder Küchentücher - auf unsere Anfrage hin, wurden diese dann aber geliefert. Unterm Strich wurden wir den Eindruck nicht los, dass es hier vor allem um den Profit geht und die Unterkunft ja eh gebucht wird wegen der guten Lage. Der Preis dafür ist eher hoch.

Incredible location and stunning views, with a bit of investment, this could be an top tier property
The location is outstanding, with an unmatched panoramic view across Aosta—almost a full 360 degrees over the valley. The apartment is well appointed throughout, and the bedrooms are a generous size. The hosts are attentive and quick to respond, and parking is straightforward, which makes the stay even easier.
The property has even more potential than is currently realized. The biggest challenge is the lack of air‑conditioning; while I understand it’s not typical in Aosta, the rising summer temperatures make it increasingly important. The kitchen would benefit from upgrading to reach a true five‑star standard, and the outdoor area needs work, along with more modern outdoor furniture to complement the incredible views.

the apartment is really amazing huge and you can see the mountains at 360°, everything is very clean cosy and conformable you really feel home, the area outside with a table is also incredible, close to center to everywhere
