    Das Horror-Haus von Ostia

    Die Lage ist wirklich gut und die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Check in etc. hat alles super geklappt

    Die Wohnung muss dringend grundlegend saniert werden - genau wie das ganze Haus. So kann man das nicht vermieten. Aber der Reihe nach: Lage, Kommunikation und CheckIn waren prima und auf den ersten Blick ist die Wohnung zwar etwas oldschool, aber nett. Das Haus, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet ist in keinem guten Zustand, der Putz blättert ab, Elektroleitungen liegen frei. Die Wohnung selbst war sicher mal hübsch. Heute liegt im Bad die Elektro-Installation frei, das Wasser in der Dusche läuft nicht ab und aus dem Abfluss stinkt es nach Kloake. Dazu Schimmel am Fenster.. Echt widerwärtig. Die Betten waren stark parfümiert, wohl um den Muff zu übertönen. Wir haben sehr schlecht geschlafen. Nachts dachten wir von Mücken gestochen zu werden. Aber morgens zeigte sich an den Stichen, dass es wohl Flöhe oder Bettwanzen waren. Absolut ekelhaft!

    Nice apartment with great views

    Large airy apartment , nice and clean and great views. Great internet very fast. Comfy bed and large bathroom. Good value for the price paid and within 15 mins of Rome airport.

    Small elevator, only going to the floor below and then a 2 flight staircase to the apartment,not really a negative just a little inconvenient. Lack of tea towels , again not a deal breaker.

    Não existe cortinas. No quarto as cortinas fecham apenas 3/4 das janelas e na sala, onde se localiza o sofá cama não existe nada.

    Very very big, clean and beautiful view

    The cleaning stuff came at 9:30 and woke us up
