Muy lindo departamento, pero incomodo llegar al 3er piso

Que tuvimos que subir 3 pisos por escalera, con 6 valijas y 35 gratdos de temperatura. TIENEN QUE ACLARAR MEJOR EN LA PUBLICACION QUE SE ENCUENTRA EN EL 3ER PISO Y NO HAY ASCENSOR

Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche sind schön eingerichtet und geräumig.
- Die obere Raum hat eine so schräge Decke dass man über dem 2. Bett vielleicht gerade noch 1,00- 1,30 m Stehhöhe hat. Das wurde in der Beschreibung nirgends erwähnt! Außerdem war die Nachttischlampe oben kaputt. - die Mückengitter an den Fenstern Waren löchrig und zerrissen, also völlig untauglich - die Schlafräume waren leider mit Mücken, wir haben schlecht geschlafen - es gab leider kein Klopapier, mussten wir selbst kaufen - der Vermieter antwortete auf meine Anfrage zur Änderung der check in Zeit und einer möglichen Gepäck Aufbewahrung erst am anreisetag selbst - in der Küche gibt es eine salatschleuder, die innen schimmelt - die Info, dass man den Müll bis 10 am zum schiffskai bringen soll, stimmte nicht, wir mussten den Müll wieder zurück bringen. - Badezimmer ist so mittelmäßig sauber

Perfectly located central Venice, homely apartment
The location was perfect - very close to San Marco and Rialto with shops, restaurants and cafes on the doorstep. The directions using La Piazza restaurant were very helpful. Homely apartment with well appointed living space and comfortable beds.
The apartment was lovely but the upstairs twin bedroom was lacking for an adult (if a second adult was sleeping there, they'd have little headspace from the bed). A bedside lamp would be handy up there. We booked via booking.com and were communicating with a private owner initially. Shortly before arrival a property management company took over the account which meant communication was a bit fractured and confusing. Payment was direct with the property management company rather than Booking.com (I did receive an email from booking.com about this from booking.com) Part of the pre-arrival check-in requires the booker to agree to a contract (in Italian). I was a bit nervous about that (even with Google Translate).

Muy completo el alojamiento y excelente ubicación.
Las escaleras hasta el 3er piso! Pero entiendo que eso es muy habitual en Venecia. Vale la pena el esfuerzo!
