    Location, location, location

    The apartment is all about location. On the Viareggio Promenade, literally 2 meters from the beach. 2 large terraces (one beach facing, one over the promenade), allowing to relax away from the crowds. Air conditioning doing a great job on hot days. Beach club just outside the unit.

    It's clearly an older unit (eg no elevator), but that's a little price to pay for being on the top location in town.
