Rooms aren’t well kept. Cabinets are crooked. Lots of wear and tear, stuff like that.

GOOD: the suite was big, welcoming and clean. the beds were comfortable. BAD: we have two rooms in our order, parents and kids. got two suits in two different far away buildings... the windows couldn't be sealed and cold air came inside.

Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room’s dining table was probably recently painted, because it felt a bit tacky still. We weren’t able to lift the lid on the dumpster for trash. Since the instructions said to get rid of it, we tried anyway. Overall a good stay and we enjoyed our time using the pool, hot tubs and sauna.
