    Amazing location, poor service!

    The location is really the best you could imagine at Burgos

    The staff didn’t wait for us to enter the building and sent instructions to get inside the apartment, but didn’t facilitate the access to the building. We were waiting for more than 20 minutes to get inside the building. And we just got inside because someone else let us get inside. While we were messaging the staff, they just copied and pasted same instructions to get inside the apartment, but didn’t understand that we were outside the building.

    Heureusement que les nuits étaient un peu fraîches. Agréable séjour.

    Emplacement bien situé appartement avec charme, propre

    . il y avait deux climatiseur dans l’appartement dont un n’était pas fonctionnel. Selon le propriétaire, celui dans le salon devait suffire, mais il fallait mettre à 16° dans le salon pour obtenir 20° dans la chambre.

    En general la estancia ha sido agradable, mejorable en algunos puntos, ideal para visitar la parte antigua, cerca de tod

    La ubicación, vistas a la Catedral,Check in rápido y fácil, plaza de parking incluida

    Suelo de madera ruidoso. Techo con manchas. La puerta del balcón, en algunas ocasiones, sobre todo con en las horas del día de más calor, se dilata y es imposible cerrarla, hay que esperar a que vuelva a su estado original para poder hacerlo.
