    It was a very busy area however it was okay

    Location was good. Customer service was very good, nice ppl and all are helpful. Laundry service is great.

    Quaint stay for Ho Chi Minh city

    This hotel was exquisite. As soon as we entered the hotel lobby I knew this hotel was going to be something special. The room was beautiful & large for our family of three. The hotel staff at reception were always so helpful. The security was also so cheerful. It made us feel most welcome. The buffet breakfast was great quality. The pool was so enjoyable. The location is perfect. A short walk to restaurants and shops. We loved everything about this hotel.

    Perfect location and facilities for a short city-centre stay, close to shopping and major attraction

    Location, breakfast selection and rooftop pool all great. Check-in experience was exceptional - warm welcome, a sit down and cool welcome drink while room being sorted.

    A very nice hotel in an excellent location

    This was a charming hotel in an excellent location. Very easy to walk to most of the main sights in district one. The staff were excellent, carrying bags, opening car doors, everything you expect from a posh hotel! The breakfast buffet was quite good. I was actually surprised by the afternoon tea, i thought it was a bit of a gimmick, but it was really good! A tip for both breakfast and afternoon tea, get there early if you can. They stop replenishing the food early on, so if you get there late, there won't be much left to choose from. Room was very clean, and housekeeping were very attentive. Beds were very comfortable. I read some other reviews mentioning noise, but despite the hotel's central location, we experienced absolutely no noise during our stay and slept very well. I'd happily stay here again.

    The bathroom is in serious need of a renovation. The shower leaks on the floor, causing minor flooding every day. The grout had ingrained mould. I wasn't concerned about it being clean, but the appearnace was off-putting, especially when compared to the excellent standard of the rest of the room
