  4 nights stay - Honeymoon couple

  We had a beautiful time at Au Lever Du Soleil guesthouse. We were greeted and hosted by Francesca who is friendly and very helpful. She explained everything we needed to know about our stay. Communication was quick and simple throughout our stay, with regards to food, taxi services, excursions, breakfast and how things work in the room. We were served a continental breakfast as mentioned in their listing. One or two days we got a mix of something else ( Tuna sandwich or pancakes ) as a treat or courtesy. I say this because other guest reviews don't seem to understand what a continental breakfast is and were upset about what they got but a traditional continental breakfast doesn't come with eggs and bacon like in a hotel buffet breakfast so please keep this in mind when booking so that you don't complain to the host or get disappointed (Google what it is). Make yourself aware or order more extras if need be. Wok and Grill catering makes amazing food which we got for dinners and one breakfast too, they work with the guesthouse if u want something more fancy, specific or extra. The food is delicious and packed with flavour I would highly recommend it as the menu is diverse and it's delivered to you as well. Au Lever Du Soleil guesthouse is newly renovated and it's so beautiful inside. The AC and fan work great in the heat. Depending on how long I stay, room cleaning is an extra charge but fresh towels are given every 2 days which is great you can request more toilet paper if needed too. We loved the view from our room it was so beautiful and peaceful. The host assisted us with a taxi to the airport and suggested the best time to beat the traffic, we made it to the airport on time with no hassle and we paid the kind driver in cash super easy. The check out process was quick and we got our deposit back, the host just does a quick check to make sure nothing is broken or seriously messed and damaged.

  We got one pillow each so I think adding an additional pillow would be great for the guests comfort but nothing else. Everything was great. A kettle is provided but there is no sugar, coffee or tea available to make your own. Only at breakfast.

  It was a pleasure! Everything was easy, punctual, and well organized. Would happily do it again.

  Francisca was very friendly and helpful. She advised us about trips and excursions and also book a trip to Moyenne island for us. Highly recommend.

  Lovely

  The hosts are so lovely, they let us use the room on our departure day so we could shower at the end of the day and enjoy our last day on the island. The view from the room is gorgeous. The room itself is cosy and clean. We stayed at three different places during our holiday and this one was definitely our favourite.
