Sikarin hajun pilaama yöpyminen
Tilava, tyylikäs ja siisti sviitti
Huoneeseen tuli illalla erittäin voimakas sikarin haju. Minulle kerrottiin, että haju tulee huoneeni alapuolella olevasta huoneesta, jossa on clubmeeting. Neuvottiin pitämään ikkunat kiinni klo 23 asti, jolloin tilaisuus päättyy. Sekään ei valitettavasti estänyt hajun tunkeutumista huoneeseeni. Pyysin huoneen vaihtoa, mutta hotelli oli täynnä. Lopulta menin hotellin ravintolaan odottamaan tilaisuuden päättymistä. Vasta klo 23:30 pääsin huoneeseen, jota pyynnöstäni tuulettivat ennen huoneeseen paluuta. Kirjoitin hotellille palautteen, mutta eivät koskaan vaivautuneet edes vastaamaan. Todella ylimielistä asiakaspalvelua.

Lovely Hotel in Cully
Beautiful boutique hotel, the superior king room on the top floor was beautifully decorated and very comfortable with plenty of space. We had a view of the vineyards and could also see a bit of the lake. The bed was extremely comfortable. Most necessary amenities were provided. There cleaning lady was exceptional at not only cleaning the room but also kindly arranging our belongings and folding our clothes. The kitchen staff were friendly and kind were happy to heat up some food we had and present it on restaurant plates. Overall, it was a beautiful and comfortable stay in picturesque Cully, highly recommended🏔️🇨🇭
Some reception staff didn’t speak English (which was naturally understandable), however, it was a bit challenging. When we arrived, they couldn’t locate our booking until some time. There was also no spare key for the room. The bathroom was a bit dark at night and didn’t really match the decor of the rest of the room. But these are quite minor issues compared to the overall experience.

快適だった！
ホテルの裏にあるレマン湖からの眺めは最高。部屋が広く、部屋がきれい。窓がたくさんあって心地よい。ベッドは大きくて寝ごこちがよい。寝具とタオルは清潔。浴室の水量は十分で水質もよし、排管の流れもよし。駅から460mで近いが、坂道なので、復路のみ、ウーバーを使いました。
