    Great location

The location and the beds were very comfortable

The couch was broken, for up to 4 guests there is only one two-seater couch, wooden table chairs and a stool.

Location was great, size was spacious for two people. It was clean.

The heaters were insufficient so the apartment stayed cold. One of the bathroom sinks was a little clogged. Size was good for two but a little small for four people. The most disappointing issue was that we were given only one key. We contacted the owner and asked for a second key because we were doing things independently. They said there was no second key and when we asked for them to make another one they said they'd see what they can do and get back to us. But they never did and it was quite a pain to have only one key between us. There were also a lot of extra forms we had to complete prior to our stay, we had not experienced this before with booking.com
