    Very disappointing certainly no ounce of luxury

    Location and view, that was all The fire was lovely but there was no kindling for the next night so we had to use the aircon which took quite a while to warm the area Beds were comfortable.

    Furniture was a mismatch of what looked like someone’s old furniture; couldn’t sit on lounge without putting 3 cushions behind you; dining chairs not suitable for table; my wife’s chin hit the table when she sat on a chair; carpet under table rolled and a trip hazard, nearly fell on one occasion. Smallest microwave ever! 99% of places have staples like salt & pepper, milk but not here. They had a wine fridge but not even a complimentary bottle given you were staying at a winery. In the main bathroom they had taken something off the wall and replaced a towel rail but did not paint where the gaps were??? Why?? Big white patches & shower floor had chips out of the plastic floor and tiles around shower were coming apart. Managing agents need to look and compare this to other properties same price. Would not recommend

    We enjoyed the property and surroundings but obviously room for some improvements.

    Views were great and the property was comfortable.

    The property had not been cleaned properly, hair in the bathrooms and dust on the top of draws and tables. There was also a large pool of water on the kitchen workbench when we arrived which we had to clean up. The code we were given for the main gates didn’t work and we had to phone the caretaker at 10pm to assist us in gaining entry. I would also recommend defrosting the freezer or at least changing the ice cubes as the ones we used had a poor taste.

    10/10, would book again.

    The views are incredible! So helpful to have all the kitchen bits and pieces too, like clingfilm! Wine tasting was amazing - all the staff were excellent. Huge thank you to Daniel for looking after us!
