Beautiful view and stay
Two words... THE VIEW! We had a second floor room at the Lodge and the view of the rolling hills and mountains with trees that had already started to turn colors was awesome. Such a beautiful sight (especially for a So. Cal couple that is used to seeing concrete and asphalt). The room was very comfortable and could best be described as "rustic". The decor itself was fine, just not our style but that was minute. Beds were very comfortable and we actually had our best night sleep here as compared to the other places we had stayed on our journey. The breakfast was your basic muffins, fruit, cereal etc... which was fine for us to grab a snack for us to head out for a sight seeing day. Overall, very nice place to stay. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and THE VIEW!
Could probably be updated a bit but such a minor issue.

Overall, stay was good. I would stay there again.
Breakfast was good. Location was excellent for what I was there for.
Toilets need to be higher. Toilet paper softer. Water pressure in the shower needs to be a more forceful. Key to get into the room needs to be upgraded. Many a times I had to work both the key and door handle to gain access to the room.
