Great location. Great facility.
Great location provided easy access to local attractions.
We arrived early. Our own fault. Initial reception from young staff member was great and indicated no problem. A clearly stressed older staff member scolded the young employee in front of us and said no accomodation available until an hour later. We opted to sit in our car to wait. Saw several arrivals go in and not get rebuffed - they may have been guests who were already staying there. No problems later when we went in again and staff were very accommodating, including taking a heavy bag upstairs to our room. The lift was out of order.

It is not my cup of tea.
Very quiet place , convenient location, clean
Old heritage property, old style, difficult to find, rooms have strange smell, hot water flow poor and hard to adjust, sofa bed was not convenient, after hours no one to contact. It is not my cup of tea.not
