    Excellent

The apartment is fantastic and has everything necessary. The parking space is extremely convenient and a major advantage.

The only downside is that when someone is showering, the resonance of the pipes can be heard, which can be a bit noisy.

    It is clean and comfortable.

There was no hot water when we arrived. We had to turn on the water heater ourselves and wait for it to heat up. Since we arrived late and were all very tired, this was quite inconvenient. The owner should have informed us about this in advance.
