A home from home with everything we needed, close to 2 supermarkets and a short walk to town.

The shower was very good, with proper water pressure and good drainage. The apartment was quite clean and had enough kitchen equipment and furniture for a comfortable stay. It was warm inside — even a little too warm at times — and the windows were easy to use. Parking was also very convenient. The location is great: York city centre is easy to reach on foot in around 12–15 minutes.

The beds were not very comfortable, especially the sofa bed, which had a very thin mattress. There is also no lift, and the apartment is on the fourth floor. The staircase is wide, but carrying heavy suitcases upstairs can still be quite a challenge, so this is worth keeping in mind when booking.

Good modern apartment within a 10min walk into the city centre but it not suitable for anyone with disabilities

The property was modern, clean and in a good location with free parking which hard to find

The apartment is on the third floor, there is no lift so it would not be suitable if you are unable to climb stairs. The EV charging point was not working so we had to take the car chatting
