Nice house in a lovely area
Cosa dire di piu ! Questa splendida villa si trova in una tranquilla zona residenziale, immersa in un magnifico giardino circondato da alberi e da una rigogliosa vegetazione verde. L'interno offre tutto ciò che si possa desiderare: 4 camere da letto, 4 bagni, una cucina enorme, un pianoforte e molto altro ancora. Anche gli spazi esterni sono eccezionali: una splendida area barbecue con forno per la pizza, oltre a numerosi tavoli e comode zone relax dove trascorrere piacevoli giornate in compagnia. In auto è possibile raggiungere facilmente la stazione della metropolitana Battistini, da cui si arriva comodamente nel centro di Roma. Ma il vero valore aggiunto di questa villa è senza dubbio Raffaele, che la gestisce con grande professionalità e passione. È una persona estremamente gentile, sempre disponibile a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda e a consigliare ottimi ristoranti e luoghi da visitare. Grazie, Raffaele, per aver reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Torneremo sicuramente! Pedone

A very relaxing, culturally enriching and delicious holiday!
The host Rafaelle was very welcoming , also very friendly and responsive for any questions we had during our stay, the house +garden are a hidden gem 💎 on the outskirts of Rome, ideal base to discover Rome and surroundings, like Ostia , the Via Appia, it was great staying in a home away from home 🏠 👍
Nothing really, the house is great, the boiler was having some issues, but Rafaelle did his best to sort it out quickly🙏👍
