  The apartment is very spacious and beautifully decorated, with a distinctive artistic style. Anyone who appreciates art, paintings and thoughtfully designed interiors will absolutely love this place. The rooms are large and comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious, and the winter gardens, plants and greenery give the apartment a special charm. It is very well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The apartment is ideal for a large group of friends, offering plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The sound insulation is also very good, with large windows and a peaceful atmosphere at night despite the central location. The location is simply perfect — just a few steps from the main promenade, making everything easily accessible on foot. A unique, spacious and characterful place that I would happily recommend, especially to groups looking for something with more personality than a standard apartment.

  There were, however, a few downsides that affected our overall experience. Upon arrival, we discovered that no paper, including toilet paper, could be flushed down the toilet and had to be disposed of in a bin instead. This restriction had not been communicated to us beforehand or mentioned in the property information; we only found out when we entered the bathrooms and saw the notices. This was quite inconvenient, especially for a large group, and something guests should definitely be informed about before booking. There also appeared to be drainage issues, and unpleasant odours were coming from some of the bathrooms. As for the beds, some had excellent, high-quality mattresses, while others were low and less comfortable, with older furniture. This was a relatively minor issue compared to the others. Our biggest disappointment was the checkout experience. Checkout was scheduled for 10:00 a.m., yet the cleaning staff entered the apartment around 9:50 a.m., while some of us were still getting ready and checking that we had packed all our belongings. They then waited by the entrance, creating unnecessary pressure for us to leave. This felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. We would all have been out by the agreed checkout time, so there was no reason to enter the apartment before 10:00 a.m. Overall, the apartment itself has a lot of charm and potential, but better communication about the bathroom restrictions and a more professional approach to checkout would significantly improve the guest experience.

  Great facilities and location

  There were plenty of equipment such as hairdryers and kitchen and utility items. The proximity to the restaurants etc was fabulous.

  Not sure if we missed the towel cupboard but some fresh towels (other than on the 2nd day) would have been nice. Also the parking was very tricky and I misunderstood and thought that the accommodation had its own carpark. Also I thought there was a hot tub AND a pool , however the pool was not for fun time and it was just a massive hot tub.

  Perfect place for our family to stay, attend events and explore the city

  Beautiful, luxurious and spacious property a short walking distance to all the sights of Noto city center. Highly recommended!
