    We did not stay there and knowing now what we know, we never would have booked it!

    Everything. Our vehicle could not navigate the S-turn driveway! We almost slide off the side of the hill. Scared us to tears! There was no messaging on the posting concerning the driveway. We pressed this with the customer service of your management company and she said, and I quote “you should have checked google maps before you arrived”, I ask you, is that something I should have done or do I go into a contract on a reservation based on the write up on the web. The customer service of the management company is the worst, I have worked in customer service for 40 years and my goodness, that rep would not work for me. We parked on the street and walked up to the cabin, walked in and was disgusted with the filthyness, dusty, dirty and windows were bad, needs cleaning. The beds, sorry to say, sucked. We didn’t lay on them but could tell they were broken down. So, we called, explained how we were unable to access the cabin and the filthyness of the cabin and told the rep we will not stay there, asked for a refund or partial refund and was told “too bad, we will not do that. You should have checked google earth before you arrived.” I have nothing more to say, I’m thinking of takin legal action against the management company for our refund. Also, I’ll say this, we asked the customer service rep if she would help us find another place to stay, she said she couldn’t help us. So So bad! Due to the lateness of the hour on a Saturday night, after traveling all day, we were able to find a place to stay Saturday night in Ruidoso and we left Ruidoso never to return because of your management company. I wish you well but either pave your driveway or remove the listing. I’ll place this review on google and as many websites I can so no one has to experience what we did.     Beautiful views lovely cabin, difficult drive up and small round staircase.

    Beautiful views, very cozy, staircase too small inside but outdoor one worked. Wonderful deck!

    The inside staircase was too small and difficult to use.
