Such a nice and calm welcome to a hectic and energetic city!

I appreciated the room upgrade. This made the stay more welcoming!

I’m sad I wasn’t able to book the room again when I returned from Sapa but understand it was a busy weekend.

    Lovely place to stay

Clean and very spacious rooms, the bed was very comfy, perfect location, walking distance to everywhere. The staff was so friendly and helpful. It was our anniversary so they gave us cute small gifts. We had to leave early for our flight, we didn’t have time to have breakfast, so they kindly prepared a lunchbox for us. Great view from the sky terrace. We really enjoyed our stay here, I’d definitely recommend it.
