    Great location for exploring Crema. Good parking space. Quiet. Clean. Decent little apartment.

    Left us one roll of toilet paper for three people for three days. Aircon didn't work, although the owners did leave two fans instead. Still not great with a heatwave, though. Additional tourist tax should be paid in cash...

    Lovely stay, but the host was deceitful and tried to blame us for pre-existing damage.

    We came to Crema as a couple and had a lovely time exploring the city. We stayed at this accommodation for two nights, and everything was nice and there were no issues during our stay. Unfortunately, after we had already checked out and left, we received a message from the host accusing us of breaking the toilet flush button. However, the button was already broken/tilted to one side when we arrived. We explained this to the host, but the communication then became unpleasant and quite rude. We were told that we should have asked for a deposit, which we found very inappropriate. Based on our experience, we feel that the owner may have been trying to place the responsibility on the next guests for a problem that was already there when we arrived. It is disappointing that an otherwise pleasant stay ended with an accusation after we had already left. We would recommend that future guests take photos of everything upon arrival, even if there are no obvious issues, to avoid situations like this.
