    BELL'APPARTAMENTO MA POCA CHIAREZZA DELL 'HOST, SU BOOKING,RISPETTO AI SERVIZI OFFERTI.

    L'appartamento si trova in una posizione invidiabile. Ha una vista su tutta la vallata, bellissima. L'appartamento è di per sé bello e pulito.

    Qualche appunto è da fare su alcune cose. 1- POCA CHIAREZZA SU BOOKING,RISPETTO A QUELLO CHE SI TROVA NELLA STRUTTURA. Se io leggo che nell'appartamento c'è la lavatrice,mi aspetto di trovarla lì in casa. Non che scopro sul posto che è in basso nella lavanderia comune e a pagamento. Sul libro delle informazioni,che si trova in casa, c'era scritto che per ogni utilizzo bisognava pagare 8€,a me sono stati chiesti 7€ per lavare e 5€ per asciugare. Trovo questa una scorrettezza e una cattiva informazione, perché una persona deve sapere cosa trova o non trova,per poi essere libera di accettare o meno. 2- Arrivati in appartamento,ci rendiamo conto che la cucina non è provvista di forno,chiediamo se fosse stato possibile averne uno a microonde e ci viene detto che lo forniscono solo su richiesta. Anche qui.....se sulla piattaforma Booking, è scritto tra i servizi offerti, che c'è il forno a microonde,mi aspetto di trovarlo. Altrimenti basta scrivere che è su richiesta. Alla fine noi l'abbiamo chiesto martedì 13 ottobre,siamo andati via sabato 17 ottobre e del microonde neppure l'ombra.

    Wir wurden freundlich bei Ankunft empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und verfügt über eine umfangreiche Ausstattung. Wir hätten uns noch einen Küchenherd gewünscht - aber wir konnten uns darauf einstellen. Aufgrund des Panoramafensters hat man eine großartige Aussicht ins Tal. Man kann vor Ort zu Wanderungen aufbrechen oder die überregional bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten erkunden, welche mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar sind.

    Magnificent. View breathtaking

    The apartment is spacious and well equiped . It has been a joy to meet Peter and Elizabeth . Their warmth, kindness and genuine nature made a lasting impression. This wss not just a stay - it was an incredible experience.
