Sehr großzügig geschnittene Wohnung, großer Wohn-/Essbereich, diverse Sitzmöbel, voll ausgestattete Küche, renoviertes großzügiges Bad, sehr guter Austausch mit dem Vermieter, gute Erreichbarkeit und schnelle Absprachen.

Etwas muffiger Geruch im Schlafzimmer, normale Alltagsgeräusche (z.B. Sprechen in Zimmerlautstärke) aus Nachbarwohnung hörbar
