    Sehr gute Lage und sauber. Da es in einer Seitenstraße liegt, auch wenig Verkehrslärm. Zunächst kommt man rein, und denkt: Wow, das ist originell...

    ... aber dann merkt man bald das die Liebe zum Detail fehlt. Es ist insgesamt nicht besonders gepflegt (damit meine ich nicht sauber - s.o.) und manches würde ich mal reparieren. Dinge (z.B. Lichtschalter) sind kompliziert gelöst. Bei Nutzung der Sambatteppe sollte man ziemlich aufmerksam sein, was nachts nicht immer sinnvoll ist. Das Haus ist hellhörig, womit ich kein Problem hatte. Aber bedenke: was du hörst, hören deine Mitbewohner ebenfalls.

    A quirky property lots of space

    The property could have had a kettle and a juicer The terrace is misleading as it's in another part of the building so you have to leave the apartment and go around the corner to another part of the building. No use for the breakfasts I hoped to have on the terrace. No washing machine in the apartment so assume it's on the nearby roof terrace

    Exceptional

    Very spacious, clean, comfortable and nicely furnished ground-floor loft just next to the beach in Las Palmas. Well-equipped kitchen. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

    Keep in mind the main bedroom area is accessible via a set of stairs. The building is not very sound proof, which is normal for the location.
