    Everything! What made this a great experience was the information sent prior to our visit which insured out access to Autentica Ortigia room was extremely smooth and stress free. Meeting Lisa in the morning was another positive. The room was beautiful and very relaxing. A superb location for sightseeing the area.

    Host was super helpful and kind. Really great location and everything was walkable.

    We did not get breakfast. However, we received a welcome appetizer and beverages at a very busy local sandwich shop! Unexpected
