    Don’t stay here. book the NYXhotel instead

    Not much.

    I arrived here with my family in law with 4 rooms. The place was dirty with insects and mosquitos in the room and one of our family members got bitten. It was outdated and dirty. We asked for two twin rooms as we had family travelling with their teenage kids that couldn’t share a bed. The beds were pushed together and no effort was made about our request at all when the cleaner could have prepared them earlier. We arrived at 12 in the night and this was extremely disappointing. The parking for vans is not on site and at a sister hotel which we also had a problem with as there was another van half in our spot and we could not park we had to park in an electric car spot. After expressing our annoyance to the reception, whose English wasn’t the best, he called his manager in another sister hotel again and we got moved to the NYX hotel. This hotel was fabulous. The staff were amazing. The restaurant was delicious. The rooms were immaculate. Thankfully there was another option for us to go somewhere and the manager helped us out as everyone was very distraught and disappointed after travelling all day through the beautiful Switzerland countryside to get there. We later found out from the hotel there was in fact mosquitos in the rooms and they said they got treatment for the rooms. I appreciate the manager for taking the appropriate steps to help us here.

    Schickes Hotel nah zum Genfer See

    Nahe Bahnhof, 10 Minuten bis zum See und 15 Minuten zur Altstadt, wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs, daher war uns der Parkplatz wichtig, kostet 40 Schweizer Franken pro Nacht
