La posizione rispetto ai principali locali (bar, centri commerciali, tabacchini, locali) e rispetto alla fermata della metro. Mi è piaciuto la tranquillità della zona, la gentilezza del personale e la pulizia della struttura.
Purtroppo per andare in bagno bisognava uscire dalla stanza.

when traveling on budget to Roma for 1-2 days and looking for a place to stay and have a rest
In general good experience - Antonio was very kind explaining and answering questions without a hurry (grazie mille!) and I could check-in 1h earlier. Location is great as the nearest Metro in couple minutes away will bring you in 15min almost everywhere in Rome downtown and to Vatican City in 5-7 Minutes. When arriving in FCO you can even take a bus to Roma Aurelia to get to appartments. Lots of ''non-touristic'' restaurants and cafes nearby. My room had a comfortable double bed and table to sit apart, and also a balcony. Unfortunately the prices for rooms in Rome are too high, so you should look longer for a better place.
The street is very busy and loud. I did not bother me but for someone can be a concern. I've got a separate bathroom but outside the room. And facilities are pretty old. It's not a big issue, but that is the way to make a service better on a pretty saturated overpriced market. Breakfest included only coffee and one pastry of your choice in a caffetteria downstairs. Tasty but I will call it small.
