    The location is good.

    they served breakfast on time.

    No garbage can in one bathroom. We requested for one and the reception said they don't have. Breakfast is cold. Nobody around if we need something. We didn't get what we ordered. Front door key not working. The kitchen/dining area is so hot and has no air conditioner.

    Can accommodate big party. It has kitchen where you can cook. It is near the main highway which is convenient if you want to buy something outside.

    Avana Hills Hotel experience

    I am not there,but my family was.. they stay there for three nights and I never heard a negative thing about the hotel. Only good things. My mom says they are comfortable, the staff was nice to them, Even me i can tell that they’re nice even i talked to them only in the chat. The things they need for cooking are complete, good wifi and they feel safe. So I am so happy for that. So, hopefully see you next year Avana Hills Hotel. Thanks
