    Terrible communication for picking up keys. Awful experience returning keys.

    Walking distance from beach, big room.

    Hostess was terrible. Poor communication. Bad customer service.Skinny lady needs to be fired. She is ruining the hotel's reputation. I will tell everyone to find another location. It was difficult to get keys, it was also very difficult to return keys. The receptionist treats costumers like villains. Not a welcoming experience for fellow aklan customers.

    Fair and good enough for the amount we pag, and Bhebes who jelp me with the fees and every was very kind and helpful!

    Each room has a toilet and shower

    I ask for tel num for massage - no tel number, the smoke alarm .. activate at 3 am then the next evening 3 times at midnight 2am and 3 am Whrn i ask to diactivate the alarm.. they did not do it right away! I have to ask one more time! We were on the unit Panorama i told them my check out time.. expecting someone will be there to help us with our luggages.. because there was no elevator.. but no one was there to help, the lady who saw us with the luggage did nothing.. she told me in the end i should ask for help!!!
