    If you don't other choice, it's OK.

    Close to shops, clean. Decent studio for short stay.

    The block in general is quite low quality, thin walls,you can heat neighbors. The entry door is like to another room, not isolating from the corridor. The toilet is quite shallow, and the toilet seat is falling down often. The furniture in the kitchen needs repair. The bed is so and so, thin pillows.
