    Buena ubicación, bien conectado, excelente servicio.

    Es un Hotel que conocíamos por su ubicación, por eso lo elegimos, si bien antes fue NH. El desayuno excelente con atención dedicada por el personal para atender demandas extras. La habitación muy comoda por cierto.

    La decoración del hall de recepción, absolutamente opinable. El baño se termina mojando todo el piso, ya que tiene una mampara abierta.

    Wonderful stay in Madrid

    This hotel is lovely. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. They provided bathrobes and slippers. Loved our city view. Very centrally located. Would highly recommend.

    Husband drinks lots of coffee. Needed to requested additional coffee pods. Aside from that, loved everything.

    Perfect stay!

    The hotel was absolutely wonderful, right down to the smallest details. The staff were so attentive, and everything was perfect. The breakfast was outstanding! I highly recommend it. We were only there for a quick trip to see Shakira in concert, but I wish we could have stayed a few more days. We had such a fantastic time!
